The Mortgage Customer Service Agent is the primary point of contact for BOKF's mortgage loan customers. The agent receives inbound inquiries related to mortgage servicing and delivers professional telephone etiquette to resolve issues across the following areas: payment applications, principal curtailments, tax and insurance disbursements, escrow analysis, assumption, adjustable rate mortgages, payoff statements, and other inquiries regarding current mortgage loans.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be the primary point of contact for mortgage loan customers and handle inbound inquiries via the phone system.
Respond to inquiries related to payment applications, principal curtailments, tax and insurance disbursements, escrow analysis, assumption, ARMs, payoff statements, and other current mortgage loan issues.
Maintain knowledge of all areas related to mortgage loan servicing to resolve customer questions effectively.
Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and multi-task while on calls to resolve problems.
Expected to handle 80 to 100 calls per day and adhere to established inbound call center performance standards and goals.
Each team member is responsible for daily tasks while collaborating to deliver solutions to clients.

Work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and effectively addressing customer requests.
Maintain cooperative working relationships with peers and other departments.
Use provided tools to support customers and make a direct daily impact.
Collaborate with team and manager to develop solutions for customer requests.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school and 2-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
