Key Responsibilities

Assist with the monthly closing and Safran French Group consolidation processes, including a complete analysis of financial results within deadlines requested by Safran management.

Handle monthly closing tasks of Safran Human Resources and other legal entities such as Snecma participations, Safran Electronics & Defense USA, SAB Inc. and SAB Program, covering payroll accounting, account reconciliations, and cash management.

Assess and monitor organizational performance against budget, run variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and provide insights to support management decision‑making.

Redesign accounting tasks to streamline operations, reduce monthly closing lead time, and conduct continuous improvement actions with strategic planning and analysis to restructure and automate finance department processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2–5 years working experience in accounting and controlling.
Master’s degree in Finance or related field (CPA candidate preferred).
Strong analytical skills in financial modeling; proficient in Excel.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and learn new tasks autonomously.
Attention to detail and self‑starter/entrepreneurial mindset.
Competency to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple concurrent assignments, within an international group.
Fluent in English with knowledge of French or Spanish considered an advantage.
