Operations Associate

Role: Associate Operations Services

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Assignment: Temporary (through 08/28/2026)

Location: 3001 Hackberry Rd, Irving, TX 75063

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, fully onsite (must be open to holidays and weekends)

• Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
• Manage assigned workflows and inventory to consistently meet strict deadlines
• Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining focus on key objectives and minimizing disruptions
• Research, collect, and resolve missing or incomplete data to ensure accuracy
• Utilize internal tools and external data sources (including public records and third‑party systems) to analyze and process information
• Apply data accurately into workflow systems, forms, and databases
• Follow all company policies, client standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Process and handle high volumes of live checks, ensuring accurate matching with corresponding reports
• Follow detailed procedural instructions to ensure all documents and packages meet compliance standards
• Perform quality control checks in a zero‑error tolerance environment
• Prepare, organize, and package documents for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities
• Rotate between teams as needed and adapt to changing workflows
• Identify and escalation discrepancies or potential issues ("red flags")
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and team‑oriented attitude
