Operations Services Associate
Pay: $19.50/hour
Assignment:
Temporary
Location:
3001 Hackberry Rd, Irving, TX 75063
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fully onsite). Must be open to holidays and weekends.
- Deliver exceptional client service in a high‑volume production environment
- Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet strict deadlines
- Prioritize tasks effectively and complete all work within established timelines
- Research, collect, and fill gaps in missing data to ensure accuracy
- Utilize tools to analyze, query, and manipulate data following business procedures
- Apply data to workflow systems, applications, forms, and databases to improve efficiency
- Support property loan servicing, including risk mitigation activities
- Adhere to company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Process and handle high volumes of live checks, ensuring accurate matching with reports
- Follow detailed procedural instructions to ensure compliance in all packages
- Perform quality control checks to maintain a zero‑error environment
- Prepare and organize finalized packages for secure delivery to taxing authorities
- Collaborate with teams and maintain flexibility to rotate across different workflows
- Provide regular status updates and support team objectives
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand basic property‑related documentation
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to analyze information from multiple sources to resolve issues
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
- Ability to recognize red flags and retain detailed instructions
- Flexible and open to rotating between teams and workflows
