Pen Fed Credit Union is hiring a (Hybrid) Manager, Credit Risk and Policy Analytics at our Irving, Texas location. This role focuses on managing credit analysis to drive sustainable growth in consumer credit policy and conducting credit risk monitoring to ensure effective performance. You will collaborate in building advanced models and have direct influence on strategic goal setting for the Consumer Lending Policy and Analytics team.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, at least 8 years of relevant experience in credit risk policy and management, and strong analytical skills across various tools.
