Financial Services Representative
World Finance is a trusted provider of financial services, operating branches across 16 states. We are seeking an energetic team member to serve as the face of our branch, delivering customer service, processing loans, and ensuring efficient branch operations.
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices
- Provide top‑tier customer service, answering questions, concerns, and product inquiries
- Process and prepare loan applications, including loan documentation and closing for renewals
- Take and process payments, balance the assigned cash drawer daily, and complete daily branch bank deposits (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits)
- Transport money to and from the bank as instructed
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build a sense of community within the branch
- Call approved and non‑made applications to close loans daily
- Assist with building a tax clientele and provide tax services
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application receipt
- Pay branch expenses as directed by the Branch Manager
- Other duties as assigned to support branch operations and growth
- Hourly pay: $15‑$16
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for bank deposit responsibilities
- Basic computer skills
- Self‑confidence, strong organizational skills, and a history of kindness and compassion toward others

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration
- Occasional local travel; extended hours, evenings, or weekends may be required
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; clear professional communication in person, by phone, and electronically
