Planet Home Lending, LLC is actively seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to manage a portfolio of defaulted loans and negotiate resolutions with borrowers, investors and realtors to avoid foreclosure. The role will determine strategies for severely delinquent loans and use property evaluation skills for negotiated pay-offs and charge-offs.
The position requires at least 3 years in mitigation or default servicing, strong knowledge of mortgage documents, and excellent communication skills.
