Key Responsibilities
- Lead team execution, coaching, and accountability; manage and develop AR aging reduction, deduction recovery, cash acceleration, and issue resolution; set priorities, monitor performance, foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning and value creation.
- Lead portfolio performance, cash conversion, and risk mitigation; oversee 3PL AR activity, manage deduction volume, prioritize high‑value invoices to maximize cash conversion, provide escalation support for complex customer issues.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and business insight; partner with cross‑functional teams (Account Management, Chargeback, Returns, Billing, BU Finance, etc.); conduct period‑end AR reviews, communicate portfolio insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement, process discipline, and value creation; identify AR and deduction trends, champion reporting, automation, workflow discipline, and standard work to enhance efficiency and protect margin.
- Minimum Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience; typically 6+ years of professional experience with 0–2 years of supervisory experience. - People Leadership &
Coaching:
Ability to lead, coach, develop, and engage team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. - AR, Credit, Collections & Financial Acumen:
Strong understanding of portfolio risk, aging management, deduction recovery, cash conversion and margin protection. - Stakeholder Influence & Communication:
Ability to build trust, communicate clearly, influence outcomes, and align cross‑functional partners. - Analytical Decision‑Making:
Interpret portfolio trends, identify root causes, assess risk, and translate insights into action. - Execution Discipline:
Prioritize competing demands, manage escalations, drive follow‑through, and deliver measurable results in a fast‑paced environment. - Digital & Process Improvement Mindset:
Champion reporting, automation, workflow discipline, and process improvements that increase efficiency and value creation.
Base Pay Range: $69,300 – $115,500. Pay is determined by performance, experience, skills, equity, market and geographical location. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus and long‑term incentive opportunities.
