Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Irving, TX at the Irving branch. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer's share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and exercising sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
