Responsibilities
- Support complex, high-impact financial analyses and cross-functional initiatives in support of Practice Management practices.
- Lead coordination of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes across Practice Management.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready materials for operating reviews, QBRs, and ad hoc leadership requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and data integrity across practice management.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Experience in healthcare finance preferred, especially physician practice or specialty care integration.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) is a plus.
