As an Operations Services Associate, you'll embark on a rewarding journey of professional growth in a fast-paced production environment. Your primary responsibilities will center on high-volume document processing, meticulously following specific, detailed instructions for each package, and performing final verification to guarantee exceptional accuracy in a zero-error tolerance environment.

You will be responsible for organizing and preparing finalized packages for secure delivery to various Taxing Authorities while meeting strict daily deadlines. We foster a learning culture that encourages personal and professional development, enabling you to thrive and reach your full potential.

• Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
• Handle high volumes of live checks by accurately printing and matching them with corresponding reports.
• Meticulously follow detailed instructions for each package to ensure all contents are correct and compliant for dispatch.
• Perform final quality control verification of matched checks and reports to guarantee accuracy.
• Organize and prepare finalized packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities.
• Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet strict daily deadlines.
• Effectively manage time, set priorities, and concentrate on main objectives to meet all established deadlines.
• Adhere to all required company and client-driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Duties may vary based on area of focus (e.g., Payments, Refunds, Correspondence).

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, or relevant education in lieu of experience.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Availability to work during peak periods around the holidays as required by business needs.
• Client service-oriented experience preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate computer skills with a strong aptitude to learn new systems and applications.
• Ability to understand basic property-related documentation from a variety of sources.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize information and resolve problems.
• Strong detail-orientation to process data accurately.
• Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
