Stylist

• Provide a variety of hair services, including cuts, colors, and styling.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of color theory to create custom color palettes for clients.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their experience.
• Effectively and consistently market your services and the salon.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with salon standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
• Use salon software to manage appointments, track client records, and manage inventory levels.
• Perform hair threading services with precision and care.
• Collaborate with other stylists to create a cohesive and welcoming environment for clients.
• Continuously strive to improve skills and deliver high-quality results.

• A current Cosmetology License (Required) or Barbering License (Preferred).
• Existing clientele to fulfill minimum requirements of 15 paid guests in first 30 days, 10 retail products sold per month, and 50% pre-booking average.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its practical applications.
• Successfully complete 30 and 60 day performance and educational milestones.
• Experience with retail math to manage inventory and cash handling effectively.
• Proficiency with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Full-time, Part-time

Average pay ranges from $16.90 to $50.00 per hour, based on service and retail commission plus gratuity.

Performance directly determines earning potential, meaning the more you excel, the more you can earn—your success has no limits!

No less than 12 per week up to 40 hours per week

Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts (Preferred)

Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
