Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and performance

Were seeking a Yoga Experience & Membership Growth Leader who is ready to lead from the mat and from the heart. In this unique hybrid role, you'll teach inspiring yoga classes and also play a hands-on role in expanding our studio community, driving membership growth, and helping shape the culture of our space in Los Colinas.

• Guide classes that are authentic, aligned, and rooted in your passion for yoga
• Create meaningful, welcoming, and inclusive experiences for students of all levels
• Be a consistent, calming, and motivating presence on and off the mat

• Build lasting relationships with members and guests—learn names, listen deeply, and follow up meaningfully
• Lead studio tours, help new students feel welcome, and support their journey from first class to committed member
• Support front desk and membership sales with a people-first approach that feels like service, not pressure
• Plan and participate in community events, workshops, and local outreach efforts
• Engage in studio operations, scheduling, and team collaboration to support an elevated studio experience

• Certified Yoga Instructor (200hr minimum) This is essential
• Deep personal commitment to yoga philosophy, practice, and community
• Experience teaching group yoga classes (1+ year preferred)
• Natural relationship-builder who leads with authenticity, compassion, and enthusiasm
• Sales or customer service background preferred—especially in wellness or boutique fitness
• Organized, reliable, and excited by the opportunity to lead and grow with a mission-driven team
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
