Imaging Management, Radiology Manager needed for healthcare organization located in beautiful North Texas location.

Candidates MUST have:
Only seeking candidates that possess the following:

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Texas Department of Health Medical Radiologic Technologist licensure
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist licensure (ARRT)
• 2 years of Supervisory work experience
• 5 years of Radiology Tech work experience and Steady work history.

Manager of Imaging/Radiology will report to Dir. of Imaging and Women's Services.

Management of Daily Department Activities

Uses behavior events interviewing method for interviews and selections of new employees.

• Establishes systematic work‑flow and communication among all areas of radiology, and ensures adequate coverage of all shifts including vacation schedules, absenteeism and turnover.
• Supervises all aspect of the department's operation in the absence of the Director.
• Works in conjunction with modality team leaders to update radiology policy and procedure manuals, emergency and Disaster plans.
• Evaluates and updates all department job descriptions, conducts and reviews performance appraisal processes.

The appropriate candidate is matched with position.

• Staff is evaluated to maintain hospital and department standards of care.
• Operation effectiveness is achieved.
• Seamless customer service is provided.
• Staff is aware of plans and able to implement procedures.
• Job description is matched with current job requirements or standard of practice, and staff development plan is completed.
