A brand-new FYZICAL clinic is opening in Irving, TX, and we are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who wants to help build something exceptional from day one. Having worked closely with both providers and referral partners, he values open communication, transparency, and collaboration, and is highly invested in creating a supportive environment where clinicians are heard, respected, and set up for long‑term success.

• $10,000 Sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high‑quality outpatient physical therapy with a patient‑first mindset
• Help establish clinic culture and patient experience expectations
• Opportunity to assume supervisory or leadership responsibilities as the clinic grows

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least 6 months of experience
• Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
  
  Interest in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or pediatric specialty is a plus
• Leadership interest is a plus, but not required
