About The Clinic OwnerThe clinic is owned by a former Physical Therapist and physician liaison who brings a unique blend of clinical insight, relationship-driven marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of what clinicians need to thrive. Having worked closely with both providers and referral partners, he values open communication, transparency, and collaboration, and is highly invested in creating a supportive environment where clinicians are heard, respected, and set up for long‑term success.
His leadership style emphasizes trust, autonomy, and shared growth—making this an ideal setting for PTs who want both professional fulfillment and a strong partnership with ownership.
Whether you’re an experienced PT ready for increased responsibility or a newer clinician excited to help launch a clinic the right way, this role offers flexibility, mentorship, and room to grow. As patient volume increases, the right candidate will have the opportunity to step into a lead or leadership role.

- Competitive salary: $80,000–$92,000
- $10,000 Sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates

- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high‑quality outpatient physical therapy with a patient‑first mindset
- Help establish clinic culture and patient experience expectations
- Opportunity to assume supervisory or leadership responsibilities as the clinic grows
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least 6 months of experience
- Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or pediatric specialty is a plus - Leadership interest is a plus, but not required
