Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a Data & Digital analytics service lead delivering cost, quality, operational, and market insights that enable clients - academic medical centers, large and complex healthcare systems, children's hospitals, and community hospitals - to drive meaningful change and achieve strategic goals. You will interpret and prioritize analytics, guide strategy discussions, measure performance improvement outcomes, and influence engagement in analytic and service solutions to maximize value, strengthen client partnerships, and support growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver performance improvement insights by leveraging clinical, operational, strategic, and market analytics.
• Align analytics and solutions with client strategic priorities to drive measurable value and growth.
• Influence participation in analytic and service offerings to maximize engagement and outcomes.
• Support a high-quality client experience and enhance satisfaction results.
• Create, execute, and sustain performance improvement plans in partnership with clients.
• Contribute to account planning activities within the Data & Digital team.
• Collaborate with account team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Partner with internal teams to support sales efforts, drive retention, and identify additional service opportunities.
• Facilitate data health and optimization activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, or healthcare strategy within a healthcare setting required, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Experience presenting to hospital C-suite leaders required.
• Experience interpreting clinical, operational, and market data required.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Background in an acute care setting preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
