Access & Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for an Access & Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, directing callers and ensuring timely responses Schedule appointments for healthcare providers and communicate instructions to patients Assist with patient follow-ups, appointment management, and referral processes

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Medical, secretarial, and/or customer service experience required 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Experience in appointment scheduling and managing patient phone calls preferred Experience as CMA/RMA, MOA, or in a call center environment preferred
