• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments, formulating customized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions that prioritize mobility, strength, stability, and overall functionality
• Engage in collaboration with nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise routines
• Accurately document evaluations, therapy sessions, and patient progress in line with institutional and regulatory standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless care delivery

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred: CPR certification
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric, neurological) are advantageous but not mandatory

• Previous experience in a physical therapy role is highly desirable
