Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Las Colinas

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our mission is to transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable, and effective. We are looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join our team in the Greater Las Colinas region.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the general spectrum of conditions.
• Provide psychotherapy, helping clients define goals and gain insights through personalized, committed care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use an EMR system to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records for all patient encounters.
• Track outcomes through measurement‑based care and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• One or more years of professional psychotherapy experience.
• Passion for high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire and ability to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
