This position is also responsible for providing education and professional development for pharmacy staff regarding pharmaceutical care and clinical guidelines.
Education / TrainingDegree / Diploma: Doctorate
Program of Study: Pharmacy
Minimum 5 years in Hospital Pharmacy.
Licensing RequirementsCertificates / Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist in Florida, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Post‑Employment: BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
