Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Las Colinas is hiring a Seasonal Medical Assistant for our Post Surgical Unit

This is a Temporary Seasonal Position. Anticipated to start Late September and throughout the end of 2026

* Night Shift hours: 7:00pm-7:00am

• Performs clerical duties including distribution of messages.
• Performs clinical duties, under the direction of an RN, including assisting patients to the restroom, removing IV catheters, etc
• Cleans rooms if needed.
• Assists RN’s as instructed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent

License:

• Medical Assistant Certification, or equivalent preferred
• BLS Required

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a hospital setting,preferred.
• Previous experience Electronic Healthcare Record helpful
