The Pediatric Clinic of Tots 2 Teens Kid Care is looking for an ideal candidate to join our team of professional healthcare workers.
As a team effort, our Front Desk Coordinators ensure that patient forms are correctly filled out and insurance information is verified. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for new and returning patients, collecting co-pays, routing calls to the respective departments, and performing end-of-day closing duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual - Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification is a plus
