Qualifications & SkillsHolds relevant licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist, with current BLS certification. Demonstrates strong clinical, leadership, communication, and patient-centered skills. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies is essential. Ability to collaborate across disciplines and stay current with industry developments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform clinical duties including patient histories, exams, assessments, and diagnostics. Document findings and care plans accurately, involving patients and families in decision-making. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction. Maintain certifications, adhere to legal and organizational standards, and participate in ongoing professional development. Engage in process improvement, contribute to departmental goals, and support organizational missions.
