Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Conduct routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Develop and administer mental health assessments to screen for depression.
Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation. Shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. This is an in-person, patient-facing role.
Education / Licenses Needed- Full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems;
Epic experience preferred.
