Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
• Perform daily duties such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and preparing resident areas for new occupancy
• Restock supplies and amenities in resident rooms and common areas
• Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless service
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information
