Cloud Rx is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our non-dispensing specialty pharmacy team. This Monday–Friday role focuses on clinical problem-solving, prescription transfers, and collaboration with pharmacy and clinic teams supporting patients throughout fertility treatment.

You’ll use your clinical expertise to assist patients and care teams in a non-dispensing setting with less traditional retail interaction. The role centers on medication questions, clinical escalations, prescription transfers, and coordination with pharmacy and clinic partners.

Fertility treatment can be an emotional and complex journey. Your clinical knowledge and support can help patients navigate medication questions and treatment coordination with greater clarity and confidence.

You’ll work alongside pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, patient advocates, team leads, and clinic partners. We believe great patient care comes from people working together.

• Facilitate prescription transfers between pharmacies while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Partner with Team Leads and pharmacy staff to address patient questions and medication-related concerns
• Serve as an escalation point for complex medication cases, drug interactions, and other clinical issues
• Collaborate with clinic providers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage and respond to clinic chats involving medication questions and clinical discussions
• Provide clinical expertise and support to the broader pharmacy team

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex medication-related issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to patient privacy, confidentiality, and safety
