Ultimate Home Health Care is seeking dedicated RN Case Managers to provide high-quality home healthcare to clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. • Manage diverse client needs with Home Health expertise
• Document care accurately using OASIS/Kinnser
• Respond to PRN emergency calls as needed

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Active Texas RN License and Driver’s License
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
• Experience with OASIS/Kinnser required
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel locally

Client homes throughout Denton-Fort Worth and surrounding areas
