Proactively solicit and book group, corporate, and small meeting business to drive revenue;
Coordinate all aspects of meeting space, including room setup (theater, classroom, boardroom), audiovisual equipment needs, and catering/refreshment requirements;
Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and client correspondence;
Manage group room blocks, cut-off dates, and rooming lists in the Property Management System (PMS);
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service from inquiry to event execution
