HHM Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction in accordance with brand standards.;
Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring performance aligns with HHM standards and values.;
Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring food is appealing and prepared to guest specifications.;
Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met across outlets and services.;
Assist with maintaining proper par levels and inventories of food and beverage supplies such as linen, glassware, silverware, china, and condiments.
