• Clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, bed-making, and linen changes.
• Sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, addressing fixtures, surfaces, and provided amenities.
• Wipe down furniture, decorative items, and high-touch surfaces throughout guest and public areas.
• Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to required levels.
• Remove trash and replace liners in rooms and common areas efficiently.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across hallways, guest rooms, and shared spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Locate and document lost items, forwarding them to the supervisor for processing.
• Engage with guests professionally, responding courteously to requests and inquiries.
• Uphold privacy and security protocols while performing daily assignments.

Prior housekeeping or related experience is preferred. The role demands strong attention to detail, familiarity with proper cleaning methods, and a sound understanding of chemical and equipment safety. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and organize housekeeping carts. Effective verbal communication supports positive interactions with both guests and colleagues. Flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary to meet operational demands.
