Job DescriptionAddison Group is hiring a Recruiter on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys owning the hiring process end to end while delivering a strong candidate experience. The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with internal leaders to identify talent needs, build pipelines, and support hiring efforts across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial intake meetings through offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Source qualified candidates through a mix of job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews to evaluate skills and alignment
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely follow-up
- Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system
- Assist with talent branding efforts and recruiting-related events when needed
- Follow established recruiting procedures and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and standard hiring practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
