Position OverviewAs a Technical Recruiter at Flowtec Global Inc, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top technical talent for our international clients. Specialising in roles across engineering, manufacturing, and technical sales
, you will be responsible for managing the candidate journey from sourcing to placement, while building deep expertise in niche markets.
This role is ideal for someone with experience recruiting for technical roles, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step into a senior, results-driven position.
Key Responsibilities- Source and engage candidates for mid-to-senior level roles across engineering, manufacturing, and technical sales sectors.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and assessments to ensure strong client-candidate alignment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiation, and post-placement care.
- Build strong relationships with internal account managers and external clients to understand job briefs and hiring needs.
- Deliver against individual and team targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to help clients stay competitive.
- Contribute to database/ATS management and candidate pipeline development.
- Mentor junior recruiters (where applicable) and contribute to team best practices.
- 1+ years' recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical/engineering/manufacturing roles.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical sectors (engineering, sales, production, R&D, etc.).
- Strong sourcing and headhunting ability—particularly with passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international recruitment and multi-lingual talent pools is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable using ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, etc.).
- Exposure to technical markets across North America.
- Experience working with or supporting recruitment for OEMs, automation, process, or capital equipment industries.
