We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics domains. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional results. This is a 3 months contract position.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Analytics positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System(iCIMS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market insights.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs in AI and Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4–5 years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI, Data Science, and Analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills such as Python, R, Tensor Flow, NLP, Big Data tools, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to source niche technical talent using creative strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems iCIMS and recruitment analytics.
