** Role Definition
** Strategic communications consultant who works with business partners to design, develop, and produce functional HR communications content.
*
* What you will do:

*** Serve as a strategic communications advisor to HR leaders, helping translate complex information into compelling strategies and deliverables.
* Design and produce high-quality communications from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clarity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Support communication operations, including publishing newsletters, managing editorial processes, and maintaining internal websites.
** SKILLS

YOU WILL HAVE:

**
* ** Internal Communications:
** Knowledge of techniques and media for internal communications; ability to produce and distribute news, newsletters and other communications materials targeted at the employees.
* ** Communicating for Impact:
** Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations.
* ** Planning and Organizing**:
Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
* ** Interpersonal Relationships**:
Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
** TOP CANDIDATES WILL ALSO HAVE:
*** Human resources experience
* Strong tech acumen – Leveraging AI, Solid PPT skills – ability to take ideas and represent them visually
* Multi-media content creation (video, etc.)

*** The primary location for this position is Irving, TX
