Position: HR Generalist (Telt-138)

About Teltonika Human Resources Generalist to support our growing Dallas team and new hires across the Americas.

Role Overview

As part of a major growth initiative, Teltonika is doubling the size of our sales and operational teams in the Dallas office. With this expansion, we are introducing a dedicated HR & Onboarding Specialist to own all aspects of onboarding logistics, HR coordination, compliance, and early employee integration.

This role ensures a consistent and high-quality employee experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days—allowing our recruiters and managers to focus on hiring, training, and business performance.

In this role, you will
  • Onboarding & Employee Integration:
    Coordinate all pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, background checks, I-9 verification, IT access, orientation, and training schedules)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all new hires during their first 90 days to ensure a smooth integration experience
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership to develop and maintain onboarding playbooks and ensure process consistency across regions
  • Support early engagement and retention initiatives (new hire surveys, check-ins, and feedback loops)
HR Compliance & Administration
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations and audit standards
  • Preparation and administration of internal company documents
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and policy templates within SAP Success Factors and other HR systems
  • Monitor documentation accuracy for background checks, work authorizations, and internal policies to mitigate compliance risks
  • Manage the sales, supply, insurance and confidentiality agreements
HR Coordination & Manager Support
  • Act as the liaison between HR, TA, and managers to streamline administrative workflows, ensuring faster access, readiness, and consistency
  • Provide reporting support on HR metrics, headcount updates, and compliance activities
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews, asset collection, and access deactivation
Culture & Engagement
  • Support the organization of HR events and engagement initiatives (training sessions, team-building activities, recognition programs)
  • Partner with leadership and the HR Development team to strengthen Teltonika's employer brand and employee experience in a high-growth market
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or employee experience roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment law, I-9 verification, and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in SAP Success Factors or similar HR systems
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
