Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Remote – Dallas, Texas Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 + 10% Bonus Potential

Position OverviewThe Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in the accurate and efficient execution of daily HR operations. This role manages essential administrative processes including recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records. The successful candidate will maintain strong communication, uphold strict data confidentiality, and support compliance across all locations while serving as a resource for employees and leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Coordinate recruiting activities by posting job openings across multiple job boards and platforms.
- Review applications, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and route qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters within established compensation guidelines.
- Manage the full onboarding process, including background screenings, drug testing coordination, and completion of required employment documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Process and audit bi‑weekly payroll information, verifying timecards and resolving discrepancies.
- Serve as a primary contact for employee questions related to policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and provide guidance on available coverage options.
- Support administrative processing for unemployment claims, wage verifications, garnishments, and child support orders.
HR Compliance & Records Management:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company records.
- Ensure all personnel files remain current and compliant with document retention standards.
- Document disciplinary actions and securely store related records.
- Track performance review deadlines and assist leadership with timely completion.
- Support updates to employee handbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent administrative experience.
- Prior experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or HR support strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP experience preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of employment and labor regulations helpful; willingness to learn required.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with occasional travel as needed.
- Availability to assist with urgent issues that may arise on weekends or holidays.
- Ability to lift or carry items up to 10 pounds when necessary.
