The Senior Recruiter is responsible for working hand in hand with department leadership to ensure that operational hiring needs are being met in a timely and efficient fashion. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruiting across a wide variety of positions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Work with Recruiting Department leadership to understand the hiring needs of the business
• Interview top candidates sourced by the sourcing team before deciding if they will move forward to the hiring manager
• On occasion, be prepared to run your own custom candidate searches for highly urgent or complex roles
• Brainstorm and implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
• Be aware of recruitment software and proactive about suggestion potential options that suit company needs
• Participate in job fairs and career events on occasion
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

• Expert‑level experience in the full‑cycle recruitment process
• High level of proficiency with recruiting tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Indeed
• Hands‑on experience with candidate databases and resume aggregators
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong experience with (phone and in‑person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like Git Hub, Linked In, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision‑making skills
• Interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Recruiting Agency experience preferred.
• Understanding of Boolean search strings preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability; strong time management and prioritization skills.
