Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a keen eye for talent, a strong understanding of the med spa industry, and the ability to manage the full‑cycle recruitment process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Full‑Cycle Recruitment:
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding. - Industry‑Specific Sourcing:
Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking. - Candidate Screening:
Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and align with our company culture. - Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Talent Pipeline:
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants. - Employer Branding:
Promote our med spa as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent. - Data Management:
Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies. - Reporting:
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Academy Sales:
Manage the full sales cycle for the Academy division, converting prospective students into enrolled participants while consistently exceeding enrollment goals.
Job Requirements
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Must have good inter‑personal skills.
- Must have elevated organizational skills.
- Must be able to prioritize & deliver timely results.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience managing multiple projects/assignments.
- Knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with results‑driven approaches to ensure operational efficiency.
- Medspa or medical industry experience a plus.
