SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) serves as a strategic, full‑cycle recruiting partner responsible for both high‑volume and niche hiring. This role focuses primarily on high‑volume recruitment for a class‑based call center environment while also carrying niche recruiting responsibilities for specialized and harder‑to‑fill roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • High‑volume recruiting: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, execute class‑based and cohort hiring campaigns, coordinate screening, scheduling and selection cycles, partner with stakeholders on intake and pipeline strategy, conduct phone screens, keep hiring managers updated, present qualified candidate slates with concise summaries, maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and Phenom, identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Niche recruiting: Manage full‑cycle recruitment for various roles across all lines of business in the insurance industry, source passive candidates through networking, cold‑calling and multiple databases, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, review assessment results, collaborate on hiring decisions, ensure positive candidate experience, build robust pipelines, build strong relationships with business partners, manage multiple competing priorities with aggressive timelines, comply with federal and state regulations, participate in strategic initiatives and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience using various interview and evaluation methods.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage a large requisition load and track every candidate.
  • Strong communicator who sets expectations early and updates proactively.
  • Process change agent who identifies inefficiencies and recommends automation.
  • Pipeline‑minded; proactive pipelining is a priority.
  • Experience attracting passive candidates and building inclusive pipelines via cold calling, networking and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, Workday and Phenom (strongly preferred).
  • Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative.
  • Genuine passion for recruiting.
