• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for light industrial and skilled labor positions
• Source candidates using Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Linked In, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
• Create and post engaging job advertisements
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
• Complete onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Perform employee check‑ins and attendance follow‑ups
• Conduct client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
• Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience using XIP Recruiter, Facebook, Linked In, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally for client visits and employee check‑ins
• Staffing industry experience preferred
• Language:

  Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
