Our client is a national alliance of leading commercial HVAC manufacturer representative firms, bringing together top independent experts to support the full lifecycle of HVAC and critical infrastructure projects. They combine deep local market knowledge with the strength of a national network to deliver design support, equipment solutions, commissioning, service, and long-term customer support.
Location:
Irving, TX- in office role with hybrid flexibility
The Senior Total Rewards Manager serves as the strategic leader for our client's growing Total Rewards function, overseeing compensation, benefits, and program scalability. This newly created role partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and executive leadership to modernize systems, streamline processes, support open enrollment, and build a high-performing Total Rewards team. The position plays a key role in shaping scalable programs that support a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance benefits, retirement, compensation, and Total Rewards programs across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to assess, improve, and scale programs, processes, and systems.
- Support the selection and implementation of a new benefits administration platform.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Total Rewards team.
- Build strong partnerships across HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and business leadership.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence across Total Rewards programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base =$150k - $170k
- Discretionary Bonus = 15%
- Projected Year One Earnings: $170k - $190k
