Human Resources Manager

Financial Additions is working with a growing commercial real estate appraisal and advisory firm seeking an experienced, people-focused HR professional to lead day-to-day people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and manager support. This role will play a key part in strengthening company culture, enhancing HR processes, and helping build a high-performing, values-driven organization.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Partner with managers to provide coaching, performance management support, and guidance on employee relations and difficult conversations.
• Develop and improve scalable HR policies, processes, training programs, and people operations to support company growth.
• Oversee HR administration, including employee records, compliance, benefits coordination, and collaboration with payroll and leadership.
• Champion company culture by driving employee engagement, values-based initiatives, and a positive employee experience.

• 6–8+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Operations, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and performance management skills.
• Experience building and improving HR processes in a growing, entrepreneurial organization while balancing empathy and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; experience with ADP Workforce Now and EOS is a plus.
