Talent Management Internship

Interns will gain knowledge and have varied opportunities for hands‑on experience that will directly impact their growth as a young professional. In addition to helping the team with programs related to their degree, interns will have direct interaction with key stakeholders across the business. They will get to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world events.

The Talent Management Intern will play a foundational role in assisting and supporting a broad range of programs and initiatives, including Talent Assessment, Leader Development, and Organizational Effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with the team and HR community, bringing depth of insights to support best practices for strategic human capital.

They will be quick to solve problems and apply their knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Leader Development:
    Assist with 360 feedback cycles and track data trends.
  • Talent Assessment:
    Support field assessment validation process & re‑socialize to organization. Support executive‑level talent assessment for selection and development.
  • Survey Trends:
    Exit Survey – Assist in the optimization and data analysis. Engagement Survey – Assist in trend assessment, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing engagement programs.
  • Engagement and Culture:
    Help grow engagement and recognition programs.
  • Organizational Effectiveness:
    Support our year‑end performance management process; manage talent data; assist in identifying gaps in organizational development.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field in process or completed. Ability to think strategically and develop corresponding plans to achieve talent and business objectives. Effective written and oral communication. Analytical, data and systems capability.

Interns will also:
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand the cross‑functional importance of TM.
  • Shadow team members to gain a holistic view of Talent Management.
  • Gain basic corporate skills and experiences.
  • Be given opportunities to network/meet with cross‑functional partners.
