Summary: The Program Director Human Resources provides leadership, direction and support for various strategic HR programs and projects. This leader serves as a resource to system and regional HR leadership to support organizational decision making. Analytical projects may be multi-dimensional in nature and may include other functional areas such as finance, quality, performance effectiveness, nursing and mission. This leader is responsible for the development, management, monitoring, reporting, and execution of incentive programs system-wide, including those for both U.S. and international executives, as well as for system and regional leaders and Associates.

This leader collaborates with multi-disciplinary system and regional leaders to ensure program alignment with key organizational strategic initiatives. This leader's knowledge of healthcare operations and finance is essential to the creation, monitoring, and reporting of strategic goals as related to incentive programs. This leader will succeed through collaboration, understanding and delivering on customer needs, and by providing effective leadership for the completion of various projects that may arise.

This role is responsible for development of impactful, easy to access reports for HR and nursing leadership that serve to monitor certain HR performance trends and to identify strengths and gaps in performance of certain key HR metrics. In addition, this leader will be responsible for the calculation and monitoring of various HR goal metrics, and the communication of these metrics to system and regional HR leadership and to other stakeholders.

Demonstrates the ability to understand and interpret complex issues and processes and to recommend actions. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while being creative and results oriented.
