Manufacturing company hiring experienced HR professional for fast growth team! A bit about us:Our company is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing U.S. manufacturing operations. This role serves as the primary HR contact for all U.S. employee matters across three entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, possesses strong employment law knowledge, and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations‑based environments.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations investigations and performance management processes.
- Demonstrated recruiting experience for both hourly and exempt‑level positions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred:
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP).
- OSHA or safety‑related experience.
- Multi‑site HR support experience.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
