Position Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and employee engagement initiatives. This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and employees while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company values. The position also assists with planning and coordinating company events, recognition programs, and employee activities that promote a positive workplace culture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS), employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Process employment changes and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support HR compliance, reporting, and special projects.
  • Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development activities.
  • Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events, wellness initiatives, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, internship programs, and other company events.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Paycor experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event setup and office materials.
  • Occasional travel to recruiting events, job fairs, or company locations may be required.
