Role Responsibilities:

Keep employee and payroll records accurate, organized, and up to date Enter and audit payroll data, including pay changes, deductions, and employee updates

Support new hire onboarding

Review reports, resolve discrepancies, and help ensure payroll accuracy

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

Assist with special projects that improve payroll and HR processes

Gain hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations

Prerequisites:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Strong communication and customer service skills

Previous data entry, payroll, HR, or administrative experience preferred

Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
