Talent Acquisition Leader - Contract

High Profile has partnered with our client, a premier, high-growth leader in the CPG and food manufacturing industry, to identify a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader (Contract). This is a high-visibility leadership role that balances overarching talent strategy with the direct management of recruiting operations. Working closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders across corporate, sales, and manufacturing plant environments, you will drive business-aligned hiring strategies while personally delivering hands-on execution of critical and specialized talent searches.

• Strategic Planning & Alignment:
  Partner with leadership to design and implement end-to-end hiring plans across corporate headquarters, sales teams, and manufacturing facilities.
• Hands-On Recruiting Execution:
  Deliver hands-on execution of critical and specialized talent searches, personally managing full-lifecycle recruiting, from targeted sourcing to closing, for key positions.
• Hiring Manager Partnership:
  Serve as a trusted consultant to department heads and leadership teams to refine job specs, optimize interviewing workflows, and streamline selection decisions.
• Employment Branding:
  Elevate market presence by authenticating and promoting the client's vibrant culture, core values, and employer brand across industry channels.
• Process Optimization & Analytics:
  Manage ATS workflows, monitor core recruiting metrics, and leverage candidate pipeline data to continuously enhance efficiency and time-to-hire.
