Job Title
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through provided and industry guided questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Responsibilities- Builds candidate pipeline for Field Restaurant and Operations Manager using various job boards
- Sources and screens passive candidates and present them to the Talent Acquisition team
- 2 years of Hospitality / F&B recruiting experience
- Ability to be on-site 4 days a week
- Initial contract is 60 days with potential to extend
