The Operations Analyst will partner with PLS stores to ensure field employees are educated, aware and in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations. This position will partner with Compliance, AML Compliance, Human Resources, and Training to advance compliance initiatives and promote learning tools and material on a regular basis.
In addition, you will visit stores to coach staff and verify training completion.
